During the COVID-19 pandemic, Chinatown in New York City faced an unprecedented economic downturn. Welcome to Chinatown started as a grassroots effort to support the local Asian-American community, leveraging social media to rally community support and promote the resilience of small businesses in the area.

As the organization grew into a mature 501(c)(3), Amplifi built the team's digital engagement ecosystem. This included implementing a robust customer relationship management (CRM) system for donor engagement, grant management, and email marketing and managing the organization's paid promotion campaigns on search and social.
